Our Single Pack weighs an average of .7 Lb and contains 2 Pieces. Each Pack can range in weight from about .65 pound up to about .85 pound per Pack.

Preparation Hint:  I like my chicken breasts rather uniform in thickness before cooking. So I place one on a covered cutting board and cover with some clear wrap. Then I take my Grandmother's old rolling pin and pound the meat a few times until it is more uniform in thickness.  Some people brine their chicken for 15 minutes (water plus 1 tablespoon of salt) but I don't.  I rinse the pieces with water. Pat dry. Dip each piece in Coconut Oil.  Transfer to a a bowl of pako crumbs seasoned like you like.  I add smoky paprika for color, an Everything seasoning, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, etc.  I bake the chicken on a shallow pan in a 425 degree oven for 12-14 minutes. Test for 165 degree internal temperature of the meat.  Freeze leftover crumb mixture for another use. Enjoy!
