Beef Loin Roast IS the boneless New York Strip (loin) but not cut into steaks. Unlike other beef cuts, the loin has little to do with movement making loin beef cuts among the most tender, juiciest, and most flavorful!  


Suggested Preparation:

Bring the roast to room temperature. Season with salt and pepper. Sear both sides in a skillet.

Transfer to a moderate oven (325 degrees) – fat side up. NO LID – to roast. Cook medium to rare. Rest 5 minutes. Slice to serve! Makes about 4 3/4 lb slices or thickness to your liking!

Our herd of cattle is made up mostly of Belted Galloway cows (aka Oreo Cows). 

This breed of cow produces exceptionally lean and flavorful meat.

The cows at POP Acres spend their days out on fertile pastures happily grazing on fresh grass and foraging for wild edibles.

The cows are also supplemented with minerals, salts, kelp, molasses, and alfalfa pellets.

All that grass-fed goodness is found in our delicious and nutrient dense grass-fed beef.
