Each whole chicken includes the neck (super for broth). No giblets (hearts, livers) are included.
Our chickens are pasture raised and supplemented with Soy-Free and GMO-Free grains that are antibiotic free and hormone free. They are raised on grass in a protective mobile chicken coop that is moved to fresh grass every 2-3 days.
