Who Would Have Thought?
My wise Sister-in-Law offered these words that for me put things into perspective. She wrote: "So, with all that said should people be going crazy about toilet paper and water? Does life stop? I think if you take precautions and have a life like we had 50 years ago as in eat meals at home, find things to do at home, read, study, you should be ok. And wash your hands, don't touch your face, and stay your distance from others when you're out."
So I encourage you to exhale and relax. You are going to be okay. You have food on your table, a roof over your head, a bed to sleep in. You have friends and relatives and a reliable food network - like ours. You have made wise decisions to eat out of the ordinary. Think of others and how you might assist them should the time come. So hug your Charmin and "Fear Not."
I look out my window and see that my chickens are still laying and cackling. My cattle are mooing and munching. They are oblivious to the bigger world around them. I am happy to be part of their small little world. They take things one day at a time. I am honored to be a small part of your little world. So again the adage is "Fear Not." Just do it.
