Gently-raised cattle are raised slowly on organic pastures of mixed legumes, native grasses , and forages.
They receive no grains, no hormones, and no antibiotics. They are processed and packed in USDA inspected facilities.
All cuts are individually packed, labeled, and frozen. Currently, orders are taken and delivered monthly to specific drop sites in Dallas and Corsicana during Market Days. See our Farmer's Market page. Please contact us for additional delivery options.
